-- Although, I am a fifth grade elementary teacher, I have been in the fitness profession for several years. I currently teach spin classes and cardio pump. I am also certified in kickboxing, stability ball and prenatal exercise.  I am a certified personal trainer. Whether it is in a group fitness class or as a 1:1 training session , I find it extremely rewarding to assist individuals in reaching their fitness goals.
