

Dana
A native of Pittsburgh, Dana is certified in Yoga, Zumba and Dynamic Fitness as well as being a ballroom dancer and teacher. From a young age she has studied and practiced yoga and performed in dance. Dana has recovered from several injuries through the therapeutic use of yoga and movement. She brings to her teaching a love for problem solving, healing and creating freedom and power through movement. By respecting the energetic and physic sciences that rule the body she guides students on their journey toward a life full of well-being. Through patience, practice and dedication students can reach their goals by using and unifying the body, mind and spirit to full potential.
