

Lisa
Lisa has been a certified aerobic instructor since 1996. Her experience started in Arizona where she worked for a large resort fitness club. She then became Group Exercise Director for South Mountain YMCA in Phoenix. Lisa has taught: Aqua, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Sports Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates, and her all-time favorite - Step Aerobics. Now that she is in New Jersey here at Signature, she is teaching Sculpt and Cardio Pump.
